North Texas Guard Games is a regional competition designed to challenge area lifeguards in the skills they need every day. The competition will include Spinal Victim Rescue, Passive Victim Rescue, CPR and First Aid along with a few fun events.
Each team is made up of 4 guards—2 male & 2 female. Guards are welcome from any training background—ARC, E&A, NASCO, YMCA, Star Guard… No Instructor Trainers.

Please remember...in order to level the playing field for our competitors, no IT's are allowed as competitors. IT's are welcome to participate as volunteers or judges!
Awards are presented in each event. The top 2 teams are invited to the State Competition.
