Performs duties necessary to support The Keller Pointe by overseeing, developing, coordinating, and implementing aquatics programs, such as classes, training, and events. Duties may include, but are not limited to: managing and directing the proper implementation of advertising and marketing; planning and coordinating yearly schedules; developing contracts and rental agreements; developing program cost analysis; registering participants; processing fees and applications; record keeping; purchasing supplies and equipment; preparing and cleaning facilities; and proper maintenance and repair of all pools and related facilities, to include but not limited to: machinery, pumps, motors, equipment, chemical usage and storage, etc. Responsible for developing and maintaining vendor, training and event logs; quarterly and annual reports; cost and profit analysis; volunteer logs, recruiting and training; and cash management.
